Cooking was probably the toughest thing for me. I didn't know HOW to cook for one. I'd end up with enough leftovers to last me a week - if I ate that every meal. And laundry...unless I waited until pretty much everything was dirty, I wouldn't have enough clothes to make up much of a load for dark and whites. And it kinda seemed wrong to run the washer when it wasn't completely full.
Now I have too many clothes...so that isn't as much of a problem. ;-) But yeah, it was an adjustment.
Heh, I figure I can at least add my sheets to make up a nice dark load.
When one automatically doubles any recipe, leftovers are a given... though actually if I keep living a fairly-Atkins lifestyle, that might not be too big a problem, I'll just learn to cook three meals on Sunday afternoon, freeze them, and eat them all week. Then I hopefully won't succumb to temptations later and eat, say, pizza.
