We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Sen. Hitlery, at an appearance in San Francisco: Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
Mexican and United States officials signed a pact that, among other things, will allow work in Mexico to count toward the United States Social Security system requirements. The agreement still has to be ratified by the Senate. (EN - Let's hope not!)
Sen. Kerry says there is no reason to open his divorce records. (EN - This means there is every reason to open his divorce records.)
The Army is recalling thousands of individuals back to active duty to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Saddam and 11 of his top lieutenants have been turned over to Iraq. They will be arranged before an Iraqi court on Thursday. Genocide is expected to be among the charges. There is debate going on in Iraq on reinstating, for this purpose, the harshest penalty in that country's legal system: hanging from the neck until dead.
Halliburton is warning investors of additional losses in the second quarter of 2004. (EN - And here I thought the Administration was taking care of Halliburton--at least that's what the left claims...)
And apparently UOx42 still can't come to terms with Paula Jones. In his book, My Life [sic, probably should read My Lie], UOx42 again denies sexually harrasing the former Arkansas state employee.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I want the U.N. out of the U.S.!
Fox just said they turned a airplane around over the Altantic this past weekend because of the pilot being on a terror list.
My faith in God strives me to do what is right.
Have a blessed day.
I stepped away and didn't hear this. This wasn't that same incident with the German special forces taking over a plane was it?
Prairie
Hey... I've played Gershwin on my stereo!
No..
Me too but unfortunately I believe we sold that land and building to them. I think we should employ emminent domain and take it back. Level it and turn it into a nice park.
Prairie
Well, I am going to go get some work done, as I have an unexpected free day from babysitting today. I will check in in a couple of hours.
Have to get going...... work calls..... ....see you all later this evening.
Have a good day Dog.
I so enjoy reading ATRW every day. Thank you so much for your hard work. I'm looking for a joke I read the other day. It was about Hillary and the postage stamp. Does anyone know where I could find it?
Good Mornign Chair. Good Morning All.
Rain, rain, go away, come back some other day. A week after the BBQ will be ok. Goodness it has been raining virtually every day since mid June. It was either raining or threatening to rain every day, since about the 7th of June. I hope it stops about a week before the BBQ so things will dry up. Then we'll be spraying for mosquitoes, 'cause they will be everywhere and feasting on everything. This rain has made the golf course just beautiful though, and our "lawn" (dallas grass and whatever else that's wild) will look nice, providing it stops raining long enough for it to be mowed. The llamas, poor things, are wading around in black land mud and the weeds and grass are really high. Luckily, they have baled hay and Roomey supplements their feed. I've been in Texas for 23 years and I've never experienced rain like this.
I understand North Texas has had rain for 17 straight days. john will be growing webs between his toes.
#97's remarks sound like they have come straight out of Marx.
Mornin' IG. I'll bet the computer wise did have a good chuckle last evening.
Our first guests will be arriving on the 5th of July, for the Ggolf tournament and BBQ, then the 6th we're having a birthday party for a girlfriend of mine, just a small party. Then, it's hit the deck and get really serious about putting things in order the coming weekend. OH, you should hear the rain, hitting the roof in the living room , we have skylight and when it rains hard, it is loud!
Heck no, prairie, proclaim emminent domain, take the building back and sell it to Trump and make some money from it. He can then turn the building into another casino and hotel or apartment dwelling and he can make some money off of it, and pay us taxes and we'll make more money off of it. THEN, we must make sure everyone of the foreign employees leave the country and return to their own, or somewhere else other than here. I mean get rid of the whole ship and cabang.
Welcome to ATRW. Can you give us some background on your screen name?
I hope this doesn't make me sound like an arrogant snob, but I consider most music after Vivaldi to be uggy. Picture beautiful mountains (the Olympics) facing the Pacific Ocean (Strait of Juan de Fuca) as you listen to the "Largo" section of Vivaldi's Concerto in D.
I was going to change the D (democRAT) to R (republican), but I didn't think Vivaldi would approve.
LOL!Actually, I don't think Vivaldi cares a rip, now. Don't you think Mozart's compositions to be "good?" LOL!
Welcome to ATRW. Thunderstorms are moving in...so much reading on FR to do and not enough time right now!
Thank you for your kind words, and welcome to ATRW!
Yeah. Probably no reason to have another park in NYC anyway. I like the idea of turning the building into a capitalistic revenue generator. A poke in the eye to the socialists/communists.
