Yeah. Probably no reason to have another park in NYC anyway. I like the idea of turning the building into a capitalistic revenue generator. A poke in the eye to the socialists/communists.

I don't care what they do with the space, as long as the UN is out of the US and the US is out of the UN. The UN should be self supporting, based on the scams they are/have pulled with the Cash for Kofi... er.. Food for Oil scam.
