Mmm, it should be. At least, the weather's lovely. I'm going to have to take my brothers up to church tonight for the VBS closing program - Mom has to take the littlest guy to baseball - and that won't be fun, but otherwise, should be ok.
Now, I need a hat for my new dress...
The wife is unbelievable...she got a payout on every single race! She's got a system (I can't give it away, she'll have my behind), and darn if she doesn't make money on every race. It's amazing. 4 times in row she picked the horse that finished third in the race (show). She doesn't win huge amounts, but she gets money every race. Incredible. I don't even try to pick 'em anymore, I just bet on who she tells me to bet on and how.
It was a gorgeous day, and even after paying for food, espresso, parking and beer, I came out with as much money as I went in with...because of the wife's picking.
