Wheee. I love slow days (I get to freep). Everything on the to-do list is accomplished. Mom comes tomorrow and I'm taking three more days off to spend with her.
The only thing better than a Monday that comes on Tuesday is a Friday that comes on Tuesday.
Now I twiddle my thumbs for 30 mins. Might wander down the hall and gossip. Some juicy goings-on whilst I was away.

Oh oh oh. So glad I wandered down the hall. Found out that some of my old work is going to be rolled into a big project pertaining to the Army's hippest system- Stryker. My ego is about to burst.

Now I twiddle my thumbs for 30 mins. I've got an hour. I'm waiting on two things from the boss and I don't know if I'll get them. He leaves tomorrow for a week. Rasputin times his vacation to coincide with the boss (it's really sad when you think about it). But the deputy troll is back this week.
Tomorrow I move ahead with or without the stuff from the boss.

Sheesh! I just got a telemarketing call (time-share) here at the office...I guess I coulda listened to kill some time.

Was it Westgate Resorts in FL? They're such a scam. We stayed with them last week. They advertise "5-star" resorts but they're totally low-rent. The sales dude kept saying "Well, what did you expect? This is Florida!" as he responded to my complaints- namely poor housekeeping, the place was over run with ants, and the pool noise was unacceptable. He was from NY.
