I had a good lunch. A small leftover steak from dinner last night, plus sauteed purple cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, and onion, with a little soy sauce.
Heh...too many veggies for you, I suppose. ;-) But tasty.
I have broccoli to have with dinner, though, if I don't make the Mexican lasagna recipe I'm considering...
