Tonight is music night and we are practicing for an open mic tomorrow, so it'll likely be a fairly long one...so I won't be able to exercise tonight.
But I REALLY need to get back into it.

I really need to get going - this is kick-starting me, I was going to only do a 20 minute exercise yesterday, but I saw Dad had rented "Last Samurai", which I'd been wanting to see, so I popped it in and walked until I had a stitch in my side. It felt good!
I plan to do the same tonight and tomorrow. My eventual goal is three long cardios a week, say, two-mile walks or 3 mile bike ride, and two full-body weight training sessions. That, plus getting back on Atkins seriously should put me in shape by grad school, right?
