I really need to get going - this is kick-starting me, I was going to only do a 20 minute exercise yesterday, but I saw Dad had rented "Last Samurai", which I'd been wanting to see, so I popped it in and walked until I had a stitch in my side. It felt good!
I plan to do the same tonight and tomorrow. My eventual goal is three long cardios a week, say, two-mile walks or 3 mile bike ride, and two full-body weight training sessions. That, plus getting back on Atkins seriously should put me in shape by grad school, right?

Sounds like a good plan to me!
I have two miles (and three miles) figured out on the road where I've been walking - i.e. where I've reached a mile, so walking back will bring me to two miles total. That's about what I'm aiming for, too. And walking on the treadmill at an incline when I'm stuck indoors.
I'll have to see if the next Harry Potter is available on tape! ;-) What IS the next one, anyway? The second one, I mean.
