I've never been to Niagara Falls. I'd like to go someday...but it's a long trip. Eight or nine hours from here, at least.

I'm bad at geography, so I really have no clue about this sort of thing... where is halfway between us? And how long is that?
Just thinking aloud... taking a half-day Friday would give time to get somewhere... two full days and back on Monday... we should have thought about this two weeks ago, though.

I'd never even heard of this band before...my mom gave me a copy of the CD and I've gone nuts over it.

I think anything halfway would be five hours or so. And it would depend on whether you went through NY or up through CT and MA. But it IS probably too late.
I kinda wish I had a few decent maps, for future use, in any case.

Let me know if you're going to be around this Sunday afternoon. I'm driving the kids up for a summer camp for the week in VT. Maybe we can get together for an early supper or something. I'll let you know more as the week progresses.
We're meeting up with friends on Sunday, or may be...or in any case some of the younger guys will be. So I guess that probably won't work. BUT, we'll be headed south to meet up with them, so maybe it WOULD work, since we were planning to hang out with them in the morning and head back in the afternoon. Where in Vermont are you coming? Fairlee again?
