Got me a list like that too, as long as keep amending 'estimated time of completion' date it seems to work out okay in the long run.

Nah, that's ok. Since the landlord put wire mesh over the top of the chimney we don't have a real problem with wild animals. I don't mind 'em, as long as they stay outside.
