Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
A sudden tree or standing stone
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Had any time to work on the sailboat yet? uh... nope. At this point I'm afraid to go down to the marina. I'm afraid all I'm going to find is my slip with a mast sticking up, and mooring lines leading down into the water. :-(

OK, folkses. Baby's whining - seems something's bugging her tonight...*sigh*
I'm off to settle her and myself into bed.
Nighty night!

I'm thinking you need an expert at time off to help you learn to deal with this I want to go back to school and major in time off. Maybe get a Master's degree in it.

Yeah...I had some kind of low-energy ebb today. Just couldn't shake it.I kinda had one of those today 'cause the weather is so overcast and muggy. How's it by you?

What *haven't* I done?? I'm pretty much OK with the idea that everything is my fault. Just ask the Balrog, and his "minions".
Nothing scares me anymore. Not after that night in Tijuana. :-)

What'd he do now? :) He gave me and Ruthy the hiccups.
It's that rugged Rohirrim manliness of his. Just does us single hobbit-lasses and elf-wimmin in! ~swoon~
