Oh my word, you surely do not know southern women. I am wearing my favorite nightgown. It is a replica of those worn by women in older generations...white cotton muslin, with pleats down the front and nice buttons.

I bathe by candle light, use my favorite perfume and then put on this gown.

The only experience of southern femininity is being taught how to roller skate by a Southern Baptist girl's choir.
Several of them took it upon themselves to teach me how to rollerskate.
(What can I say, I'm a sucker for pleading eyes.)

So I'd never guess that in a million years.
