No, sometimes the English will just be in there randomly. It's interesting to hear the English word pronounced Japanese fashion.
One evening at Entmoot, the Animooters had a discussion that included A. if LotR was dubbed into Japanese, what honorifics would various people get and B. how Spanish would sound if it were pronounced like Japanese.
Please note that although the Animooters were the ones who ended up at the bar one night, we weren't the ones drinking the good stuff. Not sure what to blame that particular conversation on. We never did jump in the pool fully clothed.

Mostly it involved what people would call Frodo. I think everyone agreed Sam would call him Frodo-sama.
