Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner we may meet...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Actually, it's 'oneechan', since I'm not that much older than she is.
Hehe, she's as into anime as I am. You should have seen her eyes bug out when I said I had gotten Kenshin.

My grandparents did that. A brother and sister married a sister and brother. They were also second cousins. I had great-grandparents on my mom's side and aunts and uncles on my dad's side do that too. YIKES!

I will see you at the wedding.
To: msdrby

You know, in Bosque county we got a lot of those interminglng family trees. And my dad always wondered why I kept marrying guys from out of state. LOL

my mom's first cousin (daughter of her dad's brother) married a guy (who turned out to be a louse), they had a child, and were later divorced. She started dating his first cousin, they got married had babies and lived happily ever after. What is the relationship of the oldest child to the rest of the children aside from half sister?

We have one of those in my ancestry back in Norway.
But in that scenario.... First husband fell from a cliff and wife married his brother.
We wonder if he might have been pushed!

We will bail you outta jail if we can. :-) And I you... maybe it would be prudent to build up a bail fund now. Just in case, you understand.... :-)
