Also I have loads I'm sketching out in my mind. I've got lots of story-line, not a lot of exact dialogue.That's fine for now. Like I mentioned, normally you don't fill in the specific dialogue until after you storyboard it, because until you choose the "camera angles" you don't know what's going in each panel.
Your story philosophy sounds good. I think the more you can develop the minor characters, the better the story will turn out.

Well, you have the option of English dubbed, or Japanese with subtitles. I, having been properly introduce to anime by ani-bigots, refuse to watch dubbed anime. So this was a minor disaster. Fixed it, though.
Hey! Figure skating is amusing if it's got martial arts mixed in! Who knew?

I can take it dubbed or undubbed. I think I'd prefer undubbed, though, so I can hear the original Japanese.
Adding martial arts is probably the only way I'd find figure skating tolerable :)

Yeah, I hate figure skating too, but throw in a few good broken bones and you might have something.
Oh, and the dubbing is always so bad - they hire the worst voice actors! Almost always really uninspiring. Plus they can't even pronounce the names right. I like hearing the real words, even if I don't know what most of them mean.

doing skating, just not watching it :)
They probably pick the same actors they do to dub every other anime--I've noticed as I've been watching them that they all have the same voices.
