Col. Bui Tin, one of the first to march into Saigon, who interrogated our prisoners, was interviewed in The Wall Street Journal, August 3, 1995, "How North Vietnam Won the War".
Q Was the American antiwar movement important to Hanoi's victory?
A It was essential to our strategy.
~~~
The U.S. fighting men defeated the Communist Tet Offensive--but John Faithless Kerry turned the American people against the war--
--with his slanderous lies of atrocities which never occurred.
Here is the case for a treason indictment against Jane Fonda:
Her comrade John Fuchs Kerry is similarly qualified.
Someone should sue to have him thrown out of the Senate on these grounds.
Did we declare war in Vietnam? If not, would supporting Milosevik be lending aid and confort to the enemy.
The constitution LIMITS government's power over it's citizens. I think it's foolish to leverage the wisdom of our Founding Fathers for cheap political gain. It's particularly distasteful to see fellow conservatives slip so easily.
I was wondering about that too. Does anyone know if it considers an "officer" to be a military officer?
Actually one would hope that some bright Republican congressman would notice this problem and submit a bill to the House floor for the lifting of this ban on Mr. Kerry running for the Presidency. This would prove to the nation that without a doubt, there is no Republican mean-spiritness and a bi-partisan effort should be launched to remedy this. It's the right thing to do. I think speeches should be made in the House both apologizing for John Kerry's treason and the hand of forgiveness be extended. Yes it's the right thing to do now.
Bwahahaha!
Because he is a confederate veteran, of course. Isn't that obvious? (i.e. it just doesn't).
We Texans still remember the Alamo, but some native New Yorkers have already forgotten 9/11. The only reason I'm not stealing that for my tagline is because I'm not from Texas. Otherwise, I would.
"Some of us have long memories . ." And some of us would never even hear a whisper about the Kerrys and Fondas of the world if it weren't for those "long memories" coming back from the past.
Shout it out loud!
My bad - as a non-military type, I had no idea that there was an oath. Makes total sense, though. On that basis, I vote to remove him from the senate and to disqualify him from the office of the President of the United States.
To: Julliardsux; All
I think the task now, remains however to truly certify him as an aider and comforter of the Enemy. I'm for it. If We have All the truly positive proof required to certify or convict him of aiding, abetting and giving comfort to our enemies, then we should do so, and enforce Ammendment 14, Section 3 of Our U.S. Constitution.
If this can be done, then we should do it.
Yes! Exactly. And if we can't get the Congress to grant poor John Kerry amnesty and forgiveness I think we need to take that to the streets. Maybe we can get the Free Mumia crowd to take that bait. :-P
