Good morning!
I got up early and did my workout - weightlifting. It went well and I'm considering switching my runs to early morning. They say you burn more fat that way... it just means getting up an hour earlier. But on the other hand, I feel pretty great right now.

I WAS walking in the early morning for awhile during the summer. It was harder some days than others...getting up, that is.
But how people run before they've had anything to eat or drink...well, I don't know if I could do it! But it probably WOULD make you feel better about facing the day, I suppose.
Dropped the kitty off. They said she should be able to go home the same day...I'm supposed to call after lunch and see how it went. They still have to send off a sample for testing before they'll know if it's a malignancy, though.

I use to do that... I really should buy some more motivation and start it up again. Nothing quite makes you feel peppy all day like a nice morning workout.
