I got up early and did my workout - weightlifting. It went well and I'm considering switching my runs to early morning. They say you burn more fat that way... it just means getting up an hour earlier. But on the other hand, I feel pretty great right now.If your schedule permits it, I find exercising in the morning definitely gives you more energy during the day.
