I personally like Boromir okay, but I was teasing RosieCotton and JenB because I know they secretly prefer Bakshi's Miniskirted Boromir to Faramir :)
I am on a quest to convert people to Pippin!Love. Am not entirely settled with how Jackson and Boyens treated the two 'extra' hobbits (Tolkien didnt think they were "extra"!!)
One need read the little exchange between Pippin and Gandalf at Rivendell when Frodo wakes up after the Weathertop incident to get a full feel for the hobbit. Too funny for words.

Sean Bean was one of my favorite actors long before LoTR, so I was thrilled when I found out he was in the movie. He's the reason I went BACK to see TTT Extended on the big screen just before RoTK cam out!
