The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Gidget just yacked my breakfast up in the living room. YOUR breakfast?
Ugh...what a start to the day.
To: Wneighbor
Mmmm...dill...that's another thing I'd like to grow.
My herb garden did horribly last year, though. Turns out the spot I picked was overrun with ants, for one...lots and lots and lots of 'em. And sandy, too.
I wish I had the energy and skill to terrace the little hill beside the house. That's probably the only place I could really do a garden...but even THAT may be sandy and insect infested.

LOL!
My vote is on the coffee cup. Less likely to seem out of date in four or five years.
To: HairOfTheDog
ewww! nasty! Who is Gidget? I hope it is a puppy dog or something

Why.

Less likely to seem out of date in four or five years. hehehe... I think we're all a little out of date sometime later in the relationship. :-) But then again, a good point.

I think maybe I'll wander down ta the courthouse and get a marriage license and then marry my laptop, or maybe my coffee cup. I can't decide. I love them both dearly.Honey, that is very scary. You never know what else might kidnap you to get that marriage license with you!!! I don't wanna see you on the news tonight standin' there with some guy! :-)
I'd go for the coffee cup myself. Much less maintenance required. If it's large enough! Always gives me a pick-me-up. Wakes me up in the morning and puts me in a better mood. All around good guy he is! :-o

Oh no! It's empty!

I wanna learn how to noodle. Good lord... which one is noodling? The fish or the man? I'm not sure I'd like to be either one.
To: 2Jedismom
ewww again! WHY???
I can see maybe why you would wanna learn.
1. There are a lot of men half dressed in those pics
2. Your boys would probably love to see that

Sandy soil is good for lots of herbs. And I would think you could even grow the dill on the hill. Throw out the seed. I never plant it, I just throw it out.
You can sprinkle sulphur out for ants.

You never know what else might kidnap you to get that marriage license with you!!! No worries... I'll just be the one standing there with a cup of coffee.

To: PurpleQ
I like the idea of reaching in and just grabbing the sucker. No fiddlefartin' around with a line.

My little brother does that sometimes. Dave, the one that lives down at Bryan but is thinking of going to East Bernard. I think he's nuts. There's cotton mouths in them lakes!

I think actually, this way is harder than using the line.

You gonna explain the duct tape to PQ as well? ;-)
Crazy dog...
To: Ramius
Decided the coffee cup is the best option huh? Well, just be careful!
