The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
Posted on 01/31/2004 9:52:08 AM PST by ecurbh
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Hey Rosie, I did my workout! Whew, that was hard. Made me forget about it being Monday for twenty minutes. Not a bad thing at all.

Never did get Big Red washed, sigh, I'm a baaaad hobbit. But made up for it by visiting a sick friend on Sunday and taking him a book.

There were a lot of car washing fools around here last weekend. :)

Heard the same forecast, bout the only I trust is looking out the window. Howsumever, I usually have a jacket and stuff behind the seat in the truck. Just never know round these here parts.

Well. The soup o leftovers is good. Got some leftover ham, beans, corn, rice, greenbeans and black eyed peas. Opened a huge jar of homemade tomatoes and added to that... and salsa. Came out just fine! :-)
But, it might be a bit of a dwarvish soup.

Sounds bout right, me, we're ready for a nice warm rain or a Chinook. Don't think we'll get either.

Hello Bear! I'm getting farther into the Hamilton series and I'm enjoying it much more. Some of the characters are more sympathetic now. Or maybe the bad guys are just bad enough...

Good evening... posting about the series the other night got me interested again, so I'm re-reading it. Just started the first book yesterday!
