We started "40 Days of Purpose" today at our church. I liked the fella from Saddleback, but not sure of his Biblical references...seems he chose references from all different types of Bible translations, but none from King James and none from NASB (which is what I prefer) and only a few from NIV. Most of his references came from the Living Bible and from others that I've never heard of.
So I'm starting my 40 days with a healthy dose of caution...and it looks as though I'm the only one AGAIN to have any skepticism...everyone else is gung-ho.
Sigh...

I had iced for lunch...mmmmm! At this chinese food place on the way home from church. Ate till I was stuffed and my hands are probably gonna swell because of all the salty soy sauce I poured on my food. But the tea is really good...has a lavender tinge to it, or something.
