Ohgodohgodohgod... now she's got some poor guy cornered... she started out telling him that she really needed to help him with his by-line in his email and now she's telling him about her husband and how she's been abused and how she really wants to hit on him but she's all broken up and... then showed this bizarre letter that's all handwritten in all kinds of little boxes all over the paper with little arrows showing you how to read it.

Oh, I've never felt as bad for another human being as I feel for that guy right now.

Heh...Margaret just called with my driving instructions for tomorrow evening. I told her if I was gonna drive, she could do some spying for me.

We'll see what happens.

Tomorrow evening I'm going to the jam for the first time in FOREVER. There was that concert, then the weather was yucky, and I think I might have missed one just 'cause I was tired. In any case, I'm looking forward to it, even if I do have to cart along a couple of giggly teenage girls in addition to my own siblings.

I don't need to be eatin' anything cause I had another buffet for lunch today. Took my work-study out to lunch for graduation. Buffets are my friends!

I had lots of junk in addition to good food today...M&Ms and ice cream.

Buffets are nice things. Wish we had more places here that had 'em! And within driving distance at lunch.

I got a call from Lisa today..... She said she was driving through Southern California and wanted me to tell her the Labrador Standard over the phone in case she sees ads for AKC Lab puppies. She wants to show a lower maintenance breed so she can just shave her collies. Long hair too much work.

I didn't read her the standard. Didn't really find out why she was in Southern California.

Except for the fact that said teenage girls have the attention of four other siblings...yeah. But I can try. ;-)

We had Chinese today. A new place. It was extremely good. Best I've found here.

But, what's really disgusting about this town is that there is absolutely NO Mexican buffet place! Gees, sometimes you need a good Mexican buffet!

So far this isn't my trouble. It's that poor bastard a few seats down. You just wouldn't believe the crazy stuff she's spouting now. For some reason she's now talking about her personal stationery, and that would appear to have some religious implications.

We don't have any Mexican place, period...buffet or no. Chinese, pizza, diners, and a Thai place that's too pricy for me and too far for lunch. And the Chinese places are pretty nasty...and the local ones don't do a buffet.

Remind me again why I live here? ;-) But most of the time I'm happier cooking myself than eating out, anyway. It'd just be nice to have a few more places for those few times when I don't wanna.
