That was the old days. The last I heard, it was OC pepper spray. Marl knows some small-time local Arab breeders who travel in the big-time circuit. They seem to know every horse and owner, and whatever dirt there is on them.

Marl feels that halter-class horses are just lawn ornaments, who are trained only to take a set for judging. Her Arabs are sport horses that can do just about anything, if you're smarter and more experienced than they are.

One of Tom's brothers is what I can't remember the name for.... where they're over there... but you can't know where they're at cause they're doin' somethin' secret or somethin'. His wife can't even know stuff. He calls the wife and mom as often as he can from a secure cell phone to let 'em know he's okay. What do you call that duty? I forget.

I asked 'em for the other brother's info. The one who's doing recruiting duty.... but I think they forgot.

You know. I'm sittin' here almost sick to my stomach. School is over so just us instructors here. Lots of yakkin' in the faculty hallway and stuff. I'm used to workin' with only men so I let stuff go in one ear and out the other. (or burn their ears too) But, I just sat in my office and heard 2 of my co-instructors discuss that they have found their lives are so much better if they just treat wimmin like $h|t. (their words repeatedly) Uh, various stories were told which I can't repeat here. And I usually don't get disturbed by stuff like that. But, I'm hearing about lyin' and cheatin' and stuff and the reason their wives deserve this. One of the guys - I'm not surprised - I already knew that. And his wife is a witch. The other one... is a surprise. And he's got a very sweet wife. It's just depressing.

I think I missed pointing out that thing that bothered me about the whole conversation was that they repeatedly stated that NO woman was deserving of any decent treatment. And that we are all --- fill in the blank with choice words.

It was a pretty blanket conversation... not just one siting personal bad experiences with wimmin --- which don't bother me cause I've seen enough guys go through those.

This is one of those particular wimmin that makes me NOT be disturbed at how bad that guy treats her. Sorry. Some people get what they deserve. LOL That sounds pretty harsh I know... but gees.... it's true! Those 2 prolly deserve one another... and both oughtta be treated even worse than they already are! OMG!!! I am degenerating at a really fast rate!

Hey everyone, I have a request.

I'm not normally one to ask for this sort of thing, but we just found out that Rose has an interview on Friday for a new job within her company. It would be a move up in salary, and a big improvement in what she does at work (for one thing, it would get her off the phones!) So, if y'all could send along any prayers and well-wishes for her to have a good interview, they would be appreciated!

Hearing that there isn't a woman alive who deserves to be treated with respect from a co-worker that I thought was an okay guy was just kinda jolting.

Yeah - I know... I have seen my share of folk who deserve each other!

I get in trouble in some circles when I say that when I was doing Social Service work, most of the "domestic violence survivors" (the ones that would declare it on an intake form anyway) were women that I wanted to deck too after about an hour.
