We should do the park and ride thing maybe. There's one very close to the campsite where 2j is staying and one near the hotel too.I'm thinkin' that we're all thinkin' that you and Cindy are in charge here and we're just gonna do whatever you say. Don't you feel like a powerful woman now?

We're definitely cold :) Although this year we've actually gotten less snow than other parts of the country. There's more here than cheese, though, contrary to popular rumor--just because we wear cheese on our heads at football games doesn't mean that's all we eat! :)

You mean, like a shuttle to the show?
Yes, there is one right by your campsite, and one near the hotel too. I have all of that at work. I'll give it to you tomorrow. Gotta specify here now, comfortable shoes are really important. I've done this thing with Cindy for years, and I wore my boots once and reaaally regreted it. Tennis shoes, I recommend them. Lots of walking regardless of if we use the park and ride or the parking.

No actually I hate this kind of thing. Cindy is the organizer. We're like th odd couple. She is a micromanager, really great at it, and I'm not. I will get lost and late for my funeral. I'm a good co-pilot, navigator, or back-seat driver though.

Hey, if you can do it, do it. Some people are really comfortable walking miles in those.

Ok...well, I don't know how much I'll be able to get online tomorrow...we're leaving right after I pick Joshua up from school at 2pm. Stopping somewhere along the way, then driving in Friday. But I really need to start packing and Steve will be home soon. I have everything just piled up waiting to be organized...going to start now.
See you guys tomorrow, at least in the morning.

Little girl in my neighborhood rides by on her bike now and then with a pink zip-up sweatshirt on...gotta duck just like these stuffed in the front, riding along with her, head sticking out under her chin! It's the funniest thing.
I was driving down the expressway once, and looked at the vehicle to my right. It was a small pickup with one of those caps on it. In the back were a couple dozen Canada geese craning their necks and looking back at me. They'd look around, one head would go down, and another pop up.
It was one of the oddest things I had ever seen. I couldn't figure out if the guy was relocating the geese for the DNR (we have been plagued with geese for about ten years now), or if he had goose-napped them, and was making his getaway.

Well, I put in a really comfortable pair of natural python boots. Those have scooted all over Texas! VEY comfy. Good for 2-steppin' :-)
The suede ones aren't really uncomfortable - but I wouldn't want to walk miles in 'em... and the red python I put in - well, they just never got broke in right... they pinch.
