The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
Posted on 01/31/2004 9:52:08 AM PST by ecurbh
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

But really excited that you both are going to come to my clashing, untastefully decorated wedding! I will fit right in! :-)

Just remember; single guys are fair game, but married ones are bad news.
Hmm... Rosie, does this mean you're not interested in Faramir?

EEEEEK! It's getting windy here... branches are thumping the house.

I may just place a personal ad in the paper:
Looking for well-mannered Hobbit gentleman. Loyal, gentle, kind, good cook, loves the outdoors and hangs tough in a pinch. Must love po-ta-toes! No split personalities, OCD types need apply.

Just remember; single guys are fair game, but married ones are bad news. Whether Sam is married or single depends on which movie you are watching.

Ruh-Roh! Batten down the hatches!
I suppose that means it's going to hit up here in about 4 hours or so....
Just in time for a walk along Alki Beach!

*sigh* Rosie's ALWAYS keeping an eye on me. TWO eyes, as often as I can spare them. ;-)

It's just a little gusty.... Highest gust so far to 29.... then NOTHIN.... Nothing compared to what they saw yesterday in Texas, but pretty high for big tree country! When you live in a cardboard box, branches hitting the house are a little disconcerting!
To: JenB
Hmm... Rosie, does this mean you're not interested in Faramir? ARGH! Choices, choices!
Though I think I'd make a better hobbit than a lady of rank, even if I didn't have to be queen.
But then again...

Whether Sam is married or single depends on which movie you are watching. Yes, but he's always claimed!

I wouldn't make a very
good lady of rank, but since when has that stopped me?
I'm actually looking foward to my run tonight. For whatever reason, I am optimistic and mildly energetic today.

I'm going to do mine tomorrow. I'm heading out to church in a few minutes and basically won't be back at all until late...nowhere to fit in my run.
But last time I actually felt like I was getting the hang of it...didn't feel so horribly out of shape as usual. ;-)

Well, we lost a tree into the fence, can't take pictures because Sonya has the camera. It is a dead snag that was hung up on another tree. We've been watching it, it was only a matter of time.
So we are changing into grungy clothes cut it up and fix fence.
Back later!
Could be worse. It could raining!
To: JenB
I probably won't be able to check in after church since I have a fullll evening. I'll see you late (after eleven) or tomorrow!
