We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Fox News is reporting that under the new flight restrictions put in place Monday to prevent a possible Al Qaeda attack, foreign airlines may be denied access to American airspace if they refuse to place armed marshals on flights.

Cooks have no personal life. Both Professional and Amateur!

Thanks. I think they'll be fine. They just seem groggy to me. Of course it's difficult to say for sure,, perhaps it's just the football game.
To: Neets
Good attitude has nothing to do with it. ;>) I am still the surly crumudeon that y'all here have come to know and love.
I just really enjoy learning from a sensi.
The flip side of the coin is that I speak directly to him without any pc bs. Our conversations are terse and full of content to the extent that other folks think we're about to fight. We're all business, and I understand that I will never be fast enough or good enough. Neither is he.

LOL! If you're cooking for people you love, you (by definition) have a life. And a pretty good one.

You have a good "beginner's attitude" john. Have a wonderful new year.
IG, do hope your son and husband get over their sluggishness.
Toby, today, I think I covered all the bases, I got some black eyed peas, cabbage, turnip greens, mustard greens and corn bread makings, did I miss anything?
Goodnight All.

They lost all four Super Bowls they were in.
Q: Why do the Vikings wear purple?
A: Because that's the color you turn when you choke.

I am so proud of myself. I have spent the past couple of evenings putting together a microwave cart and a hutch. Wow. They look quite nice in my kitchen, and give me a lot more storage and counter space. Amazing what things can be done if one follows directions. :)
To: Utah Girl
Wow! I am impressed.:)

Hi!!! I'll make you jealous, there's supposed to be 12-18 more inches of snow where I live by Sunday. I like looking at snow in the mountains, but driving in it is awful. Anyway, if I don't make it tomorrow, have a Happy New Year!!!

Q. How do you keep a MINNESOTA VIKING out of your yard?
A. Put up goal posts

.....sigh.....we have NO snow........none..........
Minnesota has snow on the ground, so at least we had a white Christmas............but we have nothing here at all. Just a lot of wind tonight.

It's been really windy here too, but has calmed down this evening. There's a storm alert out that starts tomorrow afternoon, which essentially kills my New Year Eve plans. Oh well, I keep saying "we need the moisture, we need the moisture." This is the first really good winter we've had in 10 years and we sure need it.
I'm off to bed. Talk to you later.
To: Utah Girl
Good night, Sweetie. Enjoy that snow.:-)

Now why do I get the feeling that you have an endless supply of those jokes ..... *grins*
Go PACK! (unless they end up playing the Panthers, which isn't too likely).

Way to go on putting together the furniture!
I've always been good at following directions ..... have often said that I could put a man on the moon if I had step-by-step instructions. The problem is that these days directions are often quite crummy .... often they are better as joke material than as useful tools. Sounds like you had some good ones, though.
Be careful in all that snow! Enjoy it but take care!
