We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Officials are concerned that Al Qa'eda may have fully trained pilots within America's professional air carriers.
Hitlery is back playing the victims. She called into WNYC talk radio in New York and had this to say: ""Literally, I have been accused of everything from murder on down," the first-time caller complained. "And it's hurtful and personally distressing when it first happens. But when it continues . . ."
A 6.5-magnitude quake struck California - the largest such earthquake there in four years. Tremors were felt across the entire state. Fortunately, the epicenter was under a rural area.
A Federal Judge has ruled the military cannot force its members to get the anthrax vacination.
NASDAQ has approached the NY Stock Exchange to explore the possibility of a merger.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I know, and was touched. But the larger concensus is they are really glad they aren't me. 8>)

And thank you for the beautiful Christmas graphic. You really do great work on those!
ALL ~~~ We're going to have the most relaxed Christmas ever. Since the kids and grandkids had to come so early (weekend before last), our big push on decorating, gift buying and wrapping, etc. was done before then. Tomorrow we're supposed to go to a nephew's home for a visit and dinner .... hubby's sister and b-i-l (the nephew's parents) and my m-i-l will be there as well as nephew's wife and 3 kids. It's over 2 hours one way but we're making the round trip and coming home tomorrow night (tomorrow being Wednesday). On Christmas, hubby and I will be home all by ourselves. Then on Friday, we're leaving to go to Wilmington .... while there, we will see another nephew and his family, a sister-in-law, and my brother and his wife ... and, hopefully, some friends, too. Sunday we'll go back by and spend more time with m-i-l on our way home.
Three people in the family have suggested that we go on to Wilmington tomorrow night. I think they are worried that we are going to be alone. We even had one of our employees today invite us to share Christmas with him and his family.
What no one understands is that we are really looking forward to this one day together, with no pressures, no obligations, no place to have to go, nothing to do. The last year has been a very demanding one, both personally and with the business. We've been pushed and pulled in all directions and hardly had any time to ourselves. We're going to just kick back and relax for a change .... :-)
Besides that, in Wilmington we will be staying at my m-i-l's empty house ..... no decorations, no Christmas tree, no Christmas music, not even any tv because her cable has been disconnected since she's not there for now. We can't figure out why everyone thinks that would be preferable to staying here.
It will be quite different from our usual Christmas plans but for this year it's exactly what we need.
My wish is for all of you to have a very joyful Christmas filled with laughter, good fellowship, and love.
Santa's Prayer on Christmas Eve
By Warren D. Jennings
The sleigh was all packed, the reindeer were fed,
But Santa still knelt by the side of the bed.
"Dear Father," he prayed "Be with me tonight.
There's much work to do and my schedule is tight.
I must jump in my sleigh and streak through the sky,
Knowing full well that a reindeer can't fly.
I will visit each household before the first light,
I'll cover the world and all in one night."
"With sleigh bells a-ringing, I'll land on each roof,
Amid the soft clatter of each little hoof.
To get in the house is the difficult part,
So I'll slide down the chimney of each child's heart.
My sack will hold toys to grant all their wishes.
The supply will be endless like the loaves and the fishes.
I will fill all the stockings and not leave a track.
I'll eat every cookie that is left for my snack."
"I can do all these things Lord, only through You,
I just need your blessing, then it's easy to do.
All this is to honor the birth of the One,
That was sent to redeem us, Your most Holy Son.
So to all of my friends, least Your glory I rob,
Please Lord, remind them who gave me this job."
Anyway....I'm off today so I get a rare chance to blog.
I just had a brief trip home to Mom's and had a laugh. She said she was frustrated with trying to find the news on the TV or internet - but there's one place she always goes now - since they have everything - even hours old....the "New Republic" - and she reads it every day.
Later - I was on her computer and noticed I had left a Free Republic link on her browser my last trip. I also noticed there was no "New Republic" link to be found. HI MOM!!!!
On the way home I started reading "In Denial" - a book documenting how the libs are rewriting history (amazing how they treat Stalin).
It is beyond me why they enjoy intellectually arguing that black is white and white is black.
If you want to practice being a liberal.....take a random belief, practice, or concept you hold dear and attack it by arguing how the opposite position would be much better. Sorry - but Christmas has already been taken. So has freedom, religion, defending the country, earning money, citizenship, McDonalds, the Constitution, and unbelievably - Joe Stalin's legacy.
I'm working on a way to round up the libs and ship them to Europe. Yep -- they'll yell and scream something about the Fifth Amendment or free speech - but who cares? White is black.
Rounding them up won't be too expensive - most of them are near the coast, anyway. For the in-land ones - I figure we can put a sign on the train "Free transportaion to Janet Reno Concert" or something like that. [Probably need to buy a No-Smoking sign as well - otherwise they'll complain too much].
Sooooooo.....I'm gonna go back and read some more.....
Merry Christmas all !!!!
Busy day here.
