The Autumnal Recrudescence of the Amatory Urge

When the birds are cacaphonic in the trees and on the verge
Of the fields in mid-October when the cold is like a scourge.
It is not delight in winter that makes feathered voices surge,
But autumnal recrudescence of the amatory urge.

When the frost is on the punkin' and when leaf and branch diverge,
Birds with hormones reawakened sing a paean, not a dirge.
What's the reason for their warbling? Why on earth this late-year splurge?

from what i gather he was born in 1980, so that makes him 23. he was 6, in 1986 when he was hit by the car.

morning T5, started baking the cookies i mixed yesterday. how are your preps coming? are your daughters coming home?

-so he's been into this since he was 13, ten years, he's hopelessly lost.........maybe the parents should have stayed home and concentrated on the kids instead of "inventing", writing books and attempting to run the country....

after he got hit by the car, tip went into the depression, and i have no idea what the Tree was up to. i distinctly recall the brouhaha at St Albans. there was a huge feature story on it in the Washingtonian mag.

-contrary to popular opinion, it doesn't take a village, just a loving fam with two devoted parents...if he's been this lost since 13 it is a very sad thing.

very much so. sounds like her hub is coping by talking about her and how great she was. that is wonderful and i hope it sustains him.

He's going to blow up like a baloon when he gets older. He'll be so fat his belly button will have an echo.

-those messages were eirie...sometimes God speaks thru the din and takes control, seems like He was there guiding this to give comfort. If so, they are in good hands.
