isn't that "promise"? 'don't need a promise'

I've been learning more Jp. Not sure what that means though.

My tagline had better mean "I don't need promises". It's from the Escaflowne theme song... I think it's the title of the song, actually.

If it turns out to mean something else I'll be embarrassed.
