Hi there!!!
I just consumed an entire Adkins Diet Chocolate Delight Shake that my mom got, but didn't like, so she gave it to me. (I'll take ANY food item, if it's free.)
It was revolting.
I need a couple of fried eggs with some cheese and hotsauce.

Atkins does chocolate bars pretty well. I don't eat their other stuff. No reason to drink nasty milkshakes.... eat beef on Atkins...

It was revolting. I think you could leave those kind of free food items out in the future 2J!
I am trying to catch up on being behind for being gone since practically mid-December. I'm not catching up yet.
