That's odd... he was totally focused on trains this morning. Lionel stuff. He's been searching e-bay for Lionel stuff.

Well, I know he didn't get it last night when I first sent it. I called and found that I had sent it to his old harbornet address.... but I re-sent it around 9:15 this morning.

Those bites kinda remind me of chiggers, red mites, red bugs...etc. The are tiny tiny little things that burrow under the skin. Cure is to deprive them of oxygen, and then they will die and go away. You do that by applying vaseline, neosporin, or whatever, to the area. And in a few days you should be better, if that is what they are. I started to mention that a long time ago, but I thought everone was getting better. David came home from the beach in NC last summer with a really bad case of them all along his arms and legs. Nowhere else on him though, just where the water he was messing in had washed away the bug spray.

Speaking of praying...would you all keep Steve in your prayers tomorrow.

He has a place...just a little place on his right temple, about the size of a dime, like a little sore, that won't heal. He's had that place for as long as I've known him...16 years...but it was always just like a little dent, or impression on his temple. Now it's gotten to where it's got a scab-like covering on it and it sloughs all the time...just within this last year. He finally decided to have it looked at and we're going to the doctor tomorrow afternoon.

Gosh, I hope it's nothin'...

These are not chiggers. Chiggers, (red bugs) I have known since early early childhood. This ain't them.

I don't think we can make it to the concert... but we could probably drive over for the afternoon to visit for a while.

Dad has had several little things like that removed over the years... Lots of damage from too much sun in his case.

nother note. I would disinfect the area first, with hot water and betadine or something. Then apply the vaseline or neosporin.

But at any rate.... when he has had them removed they were not a big deal.... office call to a dermatologist.

And about the President's Day FootMoot. I am all about it!

I'm there! We can talk to 2J and see what she says. If we could go on Sunday that would give us the drive time we need - but I don't know if that's good for 2J. I know you don't want to go on Monday and have to face driving all the way back to Waco that same day. (or maybe you do.)

I haven't been to the Reliant. I'm glad one of us has so you know! Am I drivin' to Houston or you? You know I've got that whole next week off and am going to be requiring entertainment! I GOTS SPRING BREAK!!!!!
