Yes, it is. And a damn fine waste of a decent man. And that's the really sad thing. He's been my best friend for too many decades to count now. I think we met when we were about 11. He's a really good, decent, fine conservative dude that is just totally ruined for relationships.

Ooh, sadly accurate. Sometimes I wonder if I'd have better chance if I'd been the usual homeschooled girl... some of my friends are married already and I haven't ever had any ask to date me.
Oh well. Home now. I exercised, had a steak, had a shower, and am ready to do homework. Then bed.

I like bass in Celtic music. That makes me a heretic in some circles, I'm sure. But some of the newer ones are using basses and standard drums and such to great effect - Lunasa and Wolfstone, for a coupla examples.

Shared disasters are part of what make a relationship, Well, they are if both people can laugh at them. It's scary though how some people take so many things so very seriously. That guy that I went out with a few times last fall was so weird cause he never ever laughed or joked around about anything. I can't live like that! If I can't laugh there is just no point in getting up in the mornings!
