The Hobbit Hole V - Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
ecurbh

Posted on 12/11/2003 2:07:57 PM PST by ecurbh

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!

Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

I'm still trying to figure out who Guido is. I'm pretty sure he doesn't own the pawnshop. Perhaps someone is after him for some reason?

This, my dear, is not a problem. It should be viewed as a challenge. :-)

300wm; that is excellent work you are doing, you are to be commended and thanked again for your efforts. Salute.

No, it's my privilege to do some tiny thing for our troops, and the HH people here. Much as I'd like to spend time searching out bargains and filling boxes with treats and love, I'll continue on with this simple tool.

Uhhhh, I have to confess that I haven't yet put together the CD I promised ecurbh with project photos and narrative. I promise to get it done real soon.

20 oz glass.
Mix equally:
Vodka, peppermint schnapps, licorice Sambuka.
Drink it yourself, or pawn it off on someone and watch the reaction.
Repeat.
*chuckle*

It's not all THAT bad.
When I was in uniform, that was the semi-official post AT drink of 'my' group.
(We weren't 'allowed' to actively have official drinks, condones drinking don't you know..)

I'm glad these reports are coming kinda spread out...gives me a chance to reminice a little at a time. Sunday was a good day! I went to bed early, though...missed the end of that anime, which was (I'd say) the weirdest one of the week. I watched it later on Wednesday, while many of the gang was out visiting the space center.

Good music night here. And there are brownies left over...first come, first served!

Heh...I didn't want to post the whole thing in one piece....might be too much to read at one time. and it's easier to transcribe this stuff one day at a time.
