Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

It's one of those days where I've got much to do, but no inspiration to do it.
I did manage to clean out my betta fish tanks yesterday, so there is that. I still have to do laundry, clean my room (especially this utter disgrace of a desk), make lunch, set out clothes for work and for Rebecca, figure out how to create mpegs from the video I took at Entmoot and give Jessi her daily training.
Better get started. *sigh*
See everyone later!

"I've never heard of sand fleas that *bite*.... we got 'em here, but they just jump around and don't bite." The sand flies in Florida don't bite either. They just pour acid on you. The acid melts your skin so they can suck it up through their mouth tubes. Hurts a little. However, they don't like smoke, so if you are smoking they keep away, usually.
I have also heard they won't bite you if you cover yourself with "Skin So Soft" by Avon.
But I don't think you guys got bitten by sand flies, at least they don't make me itch. Mosquitos do, and mosquitos love ankles too. Only thing is, mosquitos are noticeable.

"It's one of those days where I've got much to do" I'm having one of those days too, only I think it's going to be a whole month or maybe 6 months instead of just a day. I have enough to do that I feel like crawling into a hole and putting a lid on top.
Some of it's exciting, but alot is drudgery. Anyway, I better get chipping away at it.
Entmoot was great, eh? A special thing has happened, with this group friendship.

We need everyone else to send their pictures too!
We (ecurbh really) is still working on the format of the page... Is it just me that can't fit the whole page on a screen? - I am set at 1152 by 864, and the layout doesn't fit nicely in IE....
How does it look to everyone else?
To: SuziQ; msdrby
cheese and garlic grits does sound good.
Glad you guys are back safely, Suzi. Wasn't it pretty cold in Mass. a couple days ago?

I agree about sand fleas... and they are big and noticeable. So are mosquitos... Who knows what bit us, but they were either small, or they were in the beds at night, because I never saw a bug.
To: JenB
Send them to the email addy on the entmoot page, or post them here and he can copy 'em over.

I look nervous and unsteady on those rocks, which was pretty accurate.
Too bad we didn't catch ecurbh the Billy Goat in mid air springing from rock to rock.
To: JenB
Thanks! Got 'em added already.
