Not quite. It doesn't crash any more, but there's something fouled up with the new version of the web browser. It's OK, though. After it freezes once for several minutes, the regular sites I visit seem to function OK. I think it's got some kind of added security feature that's slowing things up.

I'm going to upgrade the operating system to Windows 2000 over the weekend, so hopefully that will do the trick.

Sounds like your dad is quite a character. An Italian with a temper -- who'd a thunk? LOL!
