When I clicked on to the internet, I got a new start-up screen. My start-up had been comcast.net. Did a copule of topic searches on help and went through the control panel, but couldn't get info on how to switch my start-up screen.

If you want to keep it from happening again buy & install the Lavasoft AdAware anti popup anti trojan anti tracking product. It works - cleans all of the spyware and keeps the popups from wasting your time. Also notifies you of any attempts to hijack your homepage.

Thanks, guys. Now I just need to figure out why some days my "history" goes blank, and my cache remembers certain URLs, but not others.

Any insights? Read before you click!
If you mean those user agreements with the fine print, I ignore them, and refuse to sign on, unless they are for services I absolutely need, from reputable firms. Don't remember signing on to anything at the time, but it could be that a "reputable" firm wasn't very.

I have been trying to delete the Administrators for some time now, to no avail! This must be a lot of fun.

There's a product called "Browser Hijack Blaster".
No way. You are lying, and if you are not, then, you should be!
