First let me say to all who read this thread I am overwhelmed at the responses. OVERWHELMED!!! I, really will really, really try to answer each and every one. I promise. Some are overlapping questions, but I will post a response to all of them. (Good Lord, how ever do the moderators deal with all this? Incredible. They must be super-human or people like me and just knee deep to a tall Indian ( I am part Cherokee, so pun intended ;) )

But rest assured I am reading every single syllable posted. It's extremely difficult to answer pings, but hey, I will go for it as long as I can stay awake and coherent.
My focus is on current threats IAW the currently known threat prfile, which is: an NBC attack in one form or another.
