Hair looks synthetic/fake. I would freak if my hair color turned out that color.
I am thinking a wax figure made to look like it was burnt.
I thought the same about MJ arm injuries. He used theatre make up remember thriller.

Name is Brown;wig-hair is Blond;Red Star of David on forehead? Were any of the US POWs named Brown? During beginning of Iraqi war, US soldiers found copies of US uniforms in storage. They weren't US uniforms; there was something different about them that proved they were inauthentic. FWIW.
