Yes I saw that when it was originally posted in Arabic on the Global Islamic Media yahoogroup. It's a different document although parts of it are similar :) Thanks for pointing it out. As I said, my translation is very mediocre :) I am simply trying to help out :)

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: A new Al-Qaeda-style message has been posted on an Islamic website threatening imminent attacks on the United States, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), who translated the posting.
The Emergency Response and Research Institute (ERRI) has assessed the translation of the message and believes that despite the generic nature of the claims, it was likely to be authentic and from an Al-Qaeda operative...or someone knowledgeable in Islm and very sympathetic to the cause of the bin-Laden inspired network. However, according to ERRI, it appeared to be a general "call-to-arms" rather than an action message containing "go" signals for an impending attack.
The new threats were allegedly authored by Abu Abd Al-Rahman Al-Turkemani and originally appeared on the Global Islamic Media Site. Neither the identity of the author, nor veracity of the text has been verified by official intelligence or military sources."
