Artist rendering of Burj Dubai, EMAAR's latest development which is set to be the tallest tower in the world
Petronas Towers in Malaysia (452 meters) and the Chicago's Sears Tower (442 meters) are currently the world's highest man made towers. Recently China announced plans to build the Shanghai World Financial Center to stand some 492 meters and due to be completed by 2007.
Anyone else think these 3rd world countries are trying to compensate for something?

What goes around comes around and why is it they copy everything from the Holy Bible? Is that their version of the tower of Babel?
They seem so out of date I keep envisioning a man with plaid pants,white belt,and heavy cologne.
