We praise You that plans of attack have not slipped through the lines of defense ... we praise You that those charged with vigilance have been successful ... may it continue to be so, O God, for You know our desire that our beloved countrymen not again suffer slaughter. Bring to justice those who would do harm, to us and to the world's citizens ... prevent that they carry out the shedding of innocent blood. Strengthen the resolve of peoples everywhere, for You would have us live in peace and security.
