Preparation = Peace of Mind, IMHO.
I've chosen lately to focus more on the prep, less on the worry.
Lastly - saw an interesting bill board on a church sign the other day that some may want to consider. It said:
"Worry is the thief of joy".
Thought that summed things up pretty well. Peace, gang.
