I send out a lot of mail with my business. I can tell you, mailing items other than first class mail letters requires me to jump through quite a few more hoops since the anthrax mailings. I have to tell the postal workers what I'm mailing and I have to personally bring the items to the post office vs. the home pick up I use to have.
I also have to have a return address on the items.

I'm not so sure one has to put a return address. Lots of mail comes with no return address. Check your mail over the next few weeks and see how many pieces of mail have no return address. I always wanted to throw away such mail unopened, but some of it may not be junk mail and, therefore, have no choice but to open it.
