Why is the word Film in English in Layout's original post?

Is there no type of Arabic Translation?

Could the message be fradulent by someone using a online translator? Which is why it looked unusual to you StillProud?

Many modern terms don't have translations into Arabic, at least not in common usage. (At least that was the case in Egypt.) Video, film, and cinema are a few examples off the top of my head. I don't know of an online translator that would generate transliterated text like that but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist.

Without being able to see the word in Arabic I'm making a guess that they are spelling it phonetically. It could be "fe al" meaning "in the" but that doesn't account for the "m" and it doesn't really make sense contextually.

This one has me puzzled.

It's very strange.

Tanker load shift probed in crash
By Tarron Lively
THE WASHINGTON TIMES

BALTIMORE — Gasoline inside a tanker might have sloshed to one side and caused the driver to lose control before the vehicle plunged from an overpass onto Interstate 95 Tuesday and exploded into flames, killing four persons, authorities said yesterday.

"There was evidence of a load shift in the tanker," said Krah Plunkert, supervisor of the crash unit of the Maryland State Police. "Any hard turn or shift in direction, like swerving to avoid a deer or another vehicle, could cause the load to move, which makes extremely difficult."
