I would guess Centcom is pretty well protected. At least I hope so.

I knew a guy named Debka when I was a kid working summers in the steel mills near Gary,Indiana.
He was always fighting drunk and stank of polish sausage and pirogi.
I never would have dreamed that someday he would be a major player in the journalism game......

re post no. 1984...
I'm sure they have read/heard the same things we have read/heard and are at least one step ahead. I wouldn't too much about this texas bluebell.

It seems as though we are on the edge of something, on the bubble, like something big is about to happen . . . we're due for something major . . . like capturing Saddam or OBL . . . or a very large scale terror attack . . . it's just been too long since anything unusually significant has happened, and all the recent chatter has seemingly died off, yet many European countries have suddenly raised their alert status . . . just feels like something is about to come down . . . I'm not talking about anything supernatural, just my observation of the usual "news" cycle, the ebb and flow of world events . . . the stage is set . . .

Well, between the news (foreign and domestic) and various discussion forums and chat rooms --- it does seem a bit busy lately.

A co-worker of mine mentioned that there were military helicopters flying above Brooklyn/lower Manhattan early this morning. She said she was a bit nervous about coming in to the city.

"I'm not talking about anything supernatural..."
You may not be, but many are. The confluence of material news and spiritual "news" makes me believe that trouble is afoot. I feel a certain sense of relief each morning I wake up and the clock radio is playing music or the top news item is MJ/Kobe/Peterson/weather, etc.

Sorry for the delayed response... back in town and getting caught up again.
I can't post a URL for the letter because it was emailed to me. That's why it creeps me out so much.
