There are nearly 2,500 registrants listed as at least 110 years old on Michigan’s voter rolls, a Help America Vote Act (HAVA) complaint from the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges.
The complaint, filed late last month, accuses Michigan officials of keeping 2,461 registrants on the state’s voter rolls despite their birth years being listed as at least 110 years old — 47 of which have birth years in the 1800s.
One such registrant’s birth year is listed as 1823, 14 years before Michigan became a state. PILF lawyers said they warned about the registrant in 2019, but the registrant remains on the Michigan voter rolls.
“The continued presence of a voter listed as born in 1823 is inexcusable,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an outside, third-party group, should not have had to raise this issue with Secretary [Jocelyn] Benson twice. Its persistence reflects a failure to maintain Michigan’s voter rolls.”
PILF also alleges in the complaint that there are nearly 2,000 duplicate voter registrations on Michigan’s voter rolls and almost 500 registrants with fictitious birth years.
“Michigan voters deserve clean, accurate voter rolls, and Secretary Benson should have corrected this problem over 7 years ago when the Public Interest Legal Foundation first flagged this inaccuracy on the state’s voter roll,” Adams said.

Not a single deep stater ever to correct this !!!
They may have been on the voter rolls, but, were they voted? That’s where the problem would be.
How many of these registrants — VOTED recently ?
2500 is not wide spread voter fraud. /s
They are just Seasoned Citizens as Rush use to call them.
Princess Jocelyn Carpetmuncher used the standard reply:
If they haven’t voted ... at this point what difference does it make.
Anyone know if i can check to see if my deceased relatives are on those lists?
And all those people over 100 keep getting social security benefit deposited automatically every month.
Doesn’t that part of the country eat a lot of rutabaga pie?
You should be able to access the Sec of States Voter website...at least we can in Oregon.
Thank you, i will look into that.
Hell the have to have something to live on. Food cost a
little bit.

Are those registered voting? If not they are surving a
pupose or just making the voter role appear larger than
it really is?
I had a cousin who lived to 105, and while alive she voted. She was in Missouri. She was legit from 1932 to 2014... After that? Who knows.
“Not enough to swing an election!”

One such registrant’s birth year is listed as 1823,
They make a judgement on how old I look anyway, it is just another stupid question to go into the computer that does nothing.
