...GeoMatch’s published funding roster names Google.org, the Rockefeller Foundation, and Schmidt Futures. Technology money and major foundations have helped build a system that recommends where refugees should settle....
...The donor-funded work also extends into collecting evidence to improve the system. GitLab Foundation’s published portfolio lists a $100,000 grant for the U.S. GeoMatch pilot and a separate $50,000 grant to deepen evaluation. The latter describes tracking employment and quality of life up to 240 days after arrival, improving the algorithm, and supporting agencies’ reporting to the State Department....

...The lab has recognized the political stakes of integration, too. In a 2021 explanation of work in Canada and the Netherlands, then-senior program manager Jennifer Fei warned that unsuccessful integration could produce:
“public backlash and policies restricting immigration.”
That framing warrants a question today: how are residents’ objections evaluated when they concern the scale of arrivals or the capacity of local services? An assessment of successful integration should account for the people already living in the destination community.
Stanford and its partners can answer with records: current U.S. deployment agreements; aggregate recommendations and actual placements by destination and month; capacity settings and their revisions; and how often staff overrode the software, with explanations stripped of personal information.

People who remember the Wausau, Wisconsin insurance ads on TV might wonder why that example of a wholesome, All-American town disappeared. Wausau brought in some immigrants and then thousands were sent there, guess what the result was.

Palantir Technologies was paid $42 million by our federal government to set up the immigration database in 2014, and has updated it every year since. (Note: they also run the Covid-19 vaccine database)
And you wonder why we need all the AI data storage centers!
Palantir Technologies builds data-integration and AI software used by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to target, track, and manage immigration enforcement.
Core Systems & Tools
• Immigration: An AI and data-mining platform (backed by a ~$30 million contract) designed for enforcement prioritization, movement tracking, and removal lifecycle logistics.
• ELITE (Enhanced Leads Identification & Targeting for Enforcement): An analytics app that maps areas, generates individual dossiers, and assigns address confidence scores to guide operations.
• ICM (Investigative Case Management): A backbone case-tracking platform used to log investigations, documents, and records.
Data Sources
The systems aggregate and cross-reference data from multiple silos:
• Government/Public records: Passports, Social Security files, IRS/tax data, and HHS/Medicaid-adjacent datasets.
• Commercial/Private data: Commercial data brokers, license-plate readers, and open-source/public info.
Recent Controversies & Filings
• Protracker/Observer Dossiers (Oct 2026): Unsealed court filings alleged that ICE agents stored photos, license plates, and labels (such as “Threat to Law Enforcement”) of ICE observers and protesters in Palantir-backed ICM databases. DHS/agents defended or disputed aspects; Palantir has faced ongoing scrutiny.
The life of alien residents who did not arrive with a residency visa from the USA should be crimped to make it desirable to go home ASAP:
1. no citizenship possible
2. only one basic cellphone without useable internet capability
3. outbound calling limited to 60 minutes a month
4. inbound calling limited to 200 minutes a month
5. no cable, fiber-optic or satellite service to your residence
6. no license of any kind
7. no driving a motorized vehicle on a public road (except driving across it in a farm equipment vehicle)
8. no ability to fly to a destination in the USA
9. a general return home fund tax rate increasing year by year of residence (10%, 12%, 14%,...) in the USA
on your earnings not paid into your personal return home fund
10. return home fund to be distributed:
a. for purchase of a non-refundable one-way ticket out of the USA specifically for yourself, or a dependent,
b. on personal collection back home,
c. amounts of twice the typical monthly apartment rent in your homeland in a three-day period between the 15th and 28th of the month to be collectable in each month there is regular international airline service to your homeland after the initial two, or on your request,
d. unclaimed amounts to be forfeited
11. no interest to be paid on your personal return home fund.
If they can’t live better in the USA than in their homeland, they’re not likely to stick around.
Quotes from the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees to which the US is still under Trump a party:
Article 31. - Refugees unlawfully in the country of refuge
1. The Contracting States shall not impose penalties, on account of their illegal entry or presence, on refugees who, coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom was threatened in the sense of article 1, enter or are present in their territory without authorization, provided they present themselves without delay to the authorities and show good cause for their illegal entry or presence.
2. The Contracting States shall not apply to the movements of such refugees restrictions other than those which are necessary and such restrictions shall only be applied until their status in the country is regularized or they obtain admission into another country. The Contracting States shall allow such refugees a reasonable period and all the necessary facilities to obtain admission into another country.
Article 32. - Expulsion

Except where compelling reasons of national security otherwise require, the refugee shall be allowed to submit evidence to clear himself, and to appeal to and be represented for the purpose before competent authority or a person or persons specially designated by the competent authority.
3. The Contracting States shall allow such a refugee a reasonable period within which to seek legal admission into another country. The Contracting States reserve the right to apply during that period such internal measures as they may deem necessary.

Article 44 - Denunciation [getting out from under the Refugee Convention]
1. Any Contracting State may denounce this Convention at any time by a notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2. Such denunciation shall take effect for the Contracting State concerned one year from the date upon which it is received by the Secretary-General of the United Nations....

What does Trump have to do to get the US out from under the Refugee Convention?
Send (or hand deliver) the Secretary-General of the United Nations a letter!
****
Dear Secretary-General of the United Nations:
I, Donald J. Trump, the President of the United States, on behalf of the United States, do denounce the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol, as permitted by Article 44.
Donald J. Trump
The Refugee Convention, the invaders’ red carpet, must be removed from the Democratic Party toolbox by invoking Article 44.
It takes a year after receipt for the denunciation to become effective.
They aren’t ‘refugees’. Many of us know and knew this. Most, however, do not/did not, and cannot even begin to comprehend the associated demographic and societal ramifications. In short, white Christian America is being replaced. Quickly.
If it’s suggesting liberal mansions and beach houses, I agree.
I hacked the site and removed any and all references to my hometown ;)
I’ll tell you where they should settle, back where they F’n came from!
The algorithm and assessment should:
- Consider how/if the migrants are likely to harmonize with the current population (potential for crime, accommodations that would be imposed on citizens)
- Costs of housing, feeding, educating, along with public and private costs to manage the volume and/or special needs.
- Marketable skills to obtain employment, and maintaining steady employment for a minimum number of years.
- Community impact, if the tax paying and voting public does not want to be flooded with turd world muslims, then respect that decision.
- Produce an outcome of NO immigration as an acceptable response, and disallow conditional Yes responses (e.g., supervised or other administrative measures to approve). The algorithm should not be biased to approve.
Besides, refugee means you go to a camp or refuge in another country in your own part of the world, among people and cultures and life similar to your own, it doesn’t mean a ticket to Paris, or Los Angeles, or London, or Denver and getting signed up for the gravy train.
The biggest difference in the last forty years is letting immigrants move here and NOT demanding they assimilate to OUR culture.
Meaning, OUR great grand parents moved here and learned to speak English. They may have moved into Little Italy, the Polish, German, Irish or other sections of cities. Their goal was to learn the language and assimilate into the American culture. Not PRESS ONE for ENGLISH and TWO for SPANISH.
If you want to speak Spanish, French, Italian or any other language move back to the country you came from.
This may be tangential to the discussion, but JRR Tolkien invented the concept of "Palantir technology" for His Lord of the Rings trilogy. The palantir could show literal, factual reality, but it did so in such a way that the observer was certain to misinterpret that information and draw incorrect conclusions.
Peter Thiel, majority owner and founder of Palantir Technologies is a JRR Tolkien fan. All his companies, including the one he funded for J D Vance are named after this.
Narya Capital (also called Narya Ventures) — Co-founded by JD Vance in 2019/2020 in Cincinnati/Columbus, Ohio.
Narya is the Elven Ring of Fire from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth legendarium.
Refugee status is what they all claim in the EU. There is a small Italian island south of Sicily. It is very close to Africa/Tunisia. If an African can arrive onto that island they claim REFUGEE status. They have to give them refuge according to the EU charter.
So, Italy is kind of screwed due to their proximity to Africa. This is the same over on the heel of the boot in Pulia, Italy. Many of the Syrian refugees came across the Adriatic from Greece to Albania. The Albanian criminals are similar to the Cartels in Mexico. They make a lot of money in the people smuggling business. They pay the Albanians to deliver them to Italy.
Of course, most of them DO NOT want to stay in Italy. They really want to get to Germany, France or even better the UK.
IF they get to one of those welfare states they get a lot more FREE STUFF.
Just like IF you get to the USA the illegal immigrant wants to get to CA, NY, MN, ME, VT, MD, OR, WA, IL, NJ. Any of the BLUE WELFARE states where you will get more FREE STUFF than states like Idaho, NH, AL, TN, FL, etc. States where they actually expect you to GET A JOB and WORK.
The algorithm: Any locale with a White Republican majority population must be flooded with illegals until it is no longer a White Republican majority locale.
The problem is that you can’t assimilate so many 10s of millions and they are from countries that are completely alien from Western Civilization, they can’t be assimilated, we are in a different America now and a country unknown what these various peoples will turn this geographical area into.
Our original Americans were a selective lot, not just European, but from very particular parts of the European race, and they were Protestant Christians, not Catholic, not Catholic Irish, not Italian, not Polish, those type immigrants started being allowed in during the mid and late 1800s, they greatly changed America in many negative ways with socialism and unions, big city corruption, with different morals and culture, and a bias toward Europe and European ways and governments, but we got control of their immigration around the 1920s, but then in 1960 they beat us again in immigration and reversed our fixes in the 1965 law, leading to today and the even worse future which is coming.
