Not that I don’t believe these accusations I’m sure they are true, I wonder about the timing.
I was reading recently on FR that at a certain point, if a nominated candidate drops out of the race, the party can’t replace him on the ballot.
Asking Grok AI, the date is the 2nd Monday in July, which is July 13 this year, the party has 2 weeks to replace the candidate on the ballot.
By exposing this scandal one week prior to the deadline seems really suspicious, the woman in question is a Democratic Operative.
My belief is the scandal is being used to get rid of Platner and was purposely released this week with enough time to get rid of Platner and name is replacement.
This guy has until the 13th to drop out. Why are we forcing him to do so? He’s sure to drop out now.

A smart politician can learn a lot about campaigning over a 30-year career. A newbie has to rely upon advisors.
The voters knew it also and still voted for him. That ought to tell you more about the democrats and the people that vote for them.

It’s obvious. Plattner went from polling ahead of Susan Collins, to trailing by 4 points. The Democrats hate losing. It’s the same reason that Biden was pulled in favor of Kamala, and Swallwell go pulled.
As an aside, the Democrats have no shortage of women who can be persuaded to bring sex-related charges against targeted men.
