America’s ruling class has performed another miracle.

America’s ruling class has performed another miracle.

They took the most basic truths in human civilization ... crime needs punishment, borders need enforcement, schools should teach, welfare should be temporary, families matter, merit matters, and taxpayers should not be looted by professional parasites ... and somehow rebranded all of that as “extremism.”

Incredible work, really.

Apparently, a “compassionate” society is one where the violent repeat offender gets another chance, the victim gets a candlelight vigil, the taxpayer gets the bill, the schoolkid gets passed along illiterate, the fraudster gets a grant, the NGO gets another contract, the illegal alien gets services, and the working American gets told to shut up and be more inclusive.

What a beautiful system.

Soft justice did not stay in the courtroom. It metastasized. It became soft borders, soft schools, soft parenting, soft welfare, soft standards, soft men, and soft bureaucrats explaining why every obvious solution is “too harsh.”

Lock up predators? Cruel. Deport illegals? Hateful. End generational welfare? Lacking empathy. Punish fraud? Complicated. Restore merit? Problematic. Teach kids to read? Probably colonialism by Tuesday.

A serious country protects the innocent from the guilty. A decaying country protects the guilty from consequences and makes the innocent finance the experiment.

That’s America’s real crisis.

Not poverty. Not “root causes.” Not another fake expert panel.

Consequences.

We stopped imposing them on the people destroying the country, so now the country imposes them on everyone else.

Satan has been given free reign in most of Western Civilization. Liberals are his worshippers, doing his will without realizing it. Careful what you ask for. You just might get it.

Yep “pathological compassion” is the most destructive force in the western world.

We have to return to “tough love” ASAP!

Question. We don’t want to prepare our citizens for a productive useful life which benefits everyone. We also want to import third world ignorant people who offer nothing to a first world country and will not become productive due to lack of useful education. So why bring them in?

The determined effort to destroy our futre with the education system that fails no one, yet fails everyone in the process.
The ignorant immigrant at least doesn’t push back, that’s why the elites support them so much.

This crap had already started when I was in grade school over 50 years ago. The taught us this Robert Frost poem "The Mending Wall" which talks about 'Good fences make good neighbors.

This is the end of the poem.

‘Why do they make good neighbors? Isn’t it
Where there are cows? But here there are no cows.
Before I built a wall I’d ask to know
What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
Something there is that doesn't love a wall,
That wants it down.’ I could say ‘Elves’ to him,
But it’s not elves exactly, and I’d rather
He said it for himself. I see him there
Bringing a stone grasped firmly by the top
In each hand, like an old-stone savage armed.
He moves in darkness as it seems to me,
Not of woods only and the shade of trees.
He will not go behind his father’s saying,
And he likes having thought of it so well
He says again, ‘Good fences make good neighbors.’

Frost seems to want to express that having good fences is because you want to keep your neighbor at arms length.

But if a fence keeps you at pease with your neighbor because it prevents arguements is not that a good thing.

Preventing arguments because someone's dog is not crapping on the neighbor's garden is a good thing.

Knowing and agreeing where my property ends and my neighbor's begins is a good thing.

And I can invite my neighbor to my land or he can invite me to his. We can put a gate in the fence if we like. And a polite neighbor ask permission to visit and waits for an answer.

The subtle seeds were planted in my youthful brain but they never took root.

It’s all a calculated game of divide and conquer. First, destroy the family as a basic building block of society. Then pit men against women. When the women stop having children because it their body, and they want to have a career, then start importing people who can’t be absorbed in a Judeo-Christian society, and other criminals, and allow them to vote despite not being citizens. Then, declare everyone who thinks that’s all nuts fascists and other insults. It’s where we are now.
